Inside Out Calls was started to provide a safe, secure, and affordable way for our customers to talk with their friends and loved ones who are incarcerated. Inside Out Calls provides our customers with great call quality, excellent customer service and affordable telephone rates. To achieve this Inside Out Calls does not change any of the procedures used to ensure a safe call from within the prison system. We simply provide a local number for the inmate to call. When an inmate uses the number provided by Inside Out Calls they still go through the prisons monitored phone system.

Inmates must still put the local number on their approved call list and fund the facility's pre-paid provider account. The difference is that the per minute charges using the Inside Out Calls number are drastically reduced. This results with funds the inmate's prepaid account are able to last much longer.
